All items remain the property of Clark Geomatics until payment is received and cleared in full.
Clark Geomatics shall not be liable to the customer or in breach of contract by any delay or failure to perform any of the obligations in relation to the contract, if such a delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Clark Geomatics`s reasonable control, which shall include all forms of industrial action.
Products not received in satisfactory condition may be exchanged free of charge by returning it to Clark Geomatics. Buyer is responsible for packaging and pays postage for returning the product; Clark Geomatics pays postage for returning a new product to the buyer.
